来自美国现住上海市 -- 浦东新区的Mr. Zach Richardson,中文名：李先生向中国消费者投诉网（中国消费者投诉网www.chinatousu.net）投诉说：
我不知道我的中文能力够不够说明我的问题，所以我下面也会有英语版本。我现在在上海浦东实习，今天一位同事带了一大包西藏牛肉干。平常我不吃牛肉干因为大多数他们有味精味，而我对味精过敏，在饭馆吃饭都要求他们不加味精的。看这个西藏特产的牛肉干的配料是没有味精，我很高兴因为我可以终于吃一点（我很喜欢牛肉干吧！），吃一两块之后，快乐的告诉同事们它是没有味精，而同事建议我看看里面的包装，却发现里面的包装纸上却写着含有味精，这个非常的不专业，里面包装的材料和袋子的材料不一样。我现在怀疑这个公司是骗子公司。作为一个老外，我以为我可以信任中国的食品公司，现在我感觉我被骗了，有点小生气。也希望中国消费者投诉网能帮我维护权益。另外，牛肉干外面的袋子有ISO 的许可证。
I was at work today here in Pudong, Shanghai and a coworker brought in a big bag of beef jerky from tibet. I was pretty happy to see this because I love beef jerky but usually can't eat it because I'm allergic to MSG (mono sodium Glutamate, 味精). I was very happy to find that the outer packaging did not list MSG in the ingredients, and ate a couple pieces, and told my coworker it was neat he found some jerky without MSG. He said "你说什么？一定有味精，你看看" and made me look at the wrappers for each piece of jerky. The ingredients were different... both 味精 and 鸡精 were listed, despite the fact that the outer wrapper did not have these ingredients. This is very troublesome for a foreigner like me, because I feel like I should be able to trust the packaging of companies here in China, and not be fooled by disreputable companies, and then have my health suffer!
Additionally, the outer packaging said the yaks were grass-fed and free-range, and that the company had ISO 9001 certification. I wonder if those scoundrels were lying about this too now!
